-- Registration packets were mailed to all on the Moebius Syndrome Foundation U.S. mailing list in early March 2008. Download the packet here.
 
-- Great news: The Moebius Syndrome Association of Canada is paying the registration fees for Canadian residents. (To register, you must complete and mail in the registration form. Instead of enclosing payment, indicate "Canadian resident.”)
 
-- We found a special guy named “Mo from Jersey” to give you a guided tour of registration.
 
-- You also can read the 12-page registration packet online. Click on RP1, RP2, etc. in the navigation at the bottom of this page. (If you need to download and/or print the entire registration packet, please download the packet here.
